This is a dangerous situation to be in. When my mum became aggressive towards my dad I immediately called an ambulance and police. This led to a hospital stay and support from mental health services. It hasn’t totally gone away but had improved with medication. I’ve told my dad he needs to be honest with me and mental health team if anything further happens. Make sure you have a mobile on you and get out of house if you feel unsafe
