Anthony J. Orlando serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Orlando is currently a private investor and business consultant. From October 2004 until March 2015, Mr. Orlando served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Covanta Holding Corporation (“Covanta”), a leading provider of sustainable waste and energy solutions listed on the NYSE. Prior to serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Covanta, Mr. Orlando was the President and Chief Executive and Chief Executive Officer of Covanta Energy from November 2003 to October 2004. From March 2003 to November 2003, Mr. Orlando served as Senior Vice President, Business and Financial Management of Covanta Energy. Mr. Orlando served in various other capacities with Covanta and its affiliates beginning in 1987.
