On 24 January 2023, a friend of the victim, found Justine Siemens unconscious and near death in Grant Pass, Oregon.

After informing the cops, it was found that Benjamin Foster was the man who tortured the woman and held her captive.

The victim was found in a very critical condition and was immediately taken to the hospital. On the other hand, Benjamin left the crime scene before the police arrived.

Later, when police raided a property in Wolf Creek, Benjamin ran from there but his car was seized. Additionally, a 68 years old woman named Tina Marie Jones was also arrested for accused of helping Benjamin to run away from the raided property.

As per the news, the Oregon Police have announced and alerted people to be safe as the wanted criminal Benjamin is active on dating apps.

Benjamin Foster was using dating apps to find his next victim or to find himself an accomplice to escape. A reward of $2500 is also announced for giving information that will lead to Benjamin’s arrest.
