Bettendorf City Hall-o-ween a spooky success

Bettendorf’s City Hall-o-ween was in full force as City Hall employees dressed up in costumes and gave kids five and under the chance to trick-or-treat through the building.

Children got to meet police officers, firefighters and other city employees. The event had a large turnout.
