Burger King launches two pink Barbie-inspired menu items to celebrate movie

Burger King has just unveiled a limited-edition pink Barbie burger and shake to celebrate the new movie. They launched at the fast-food chain on Wednesday (July 12) but are sadly only available in Brazil.
The much-anticipated film follows Barbie and Ken, played by Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, who get the chance to leave the seemingly perfect world of Barbie Land, go to the real world, and mix with humans.
Burger King releases Barbie burger and shake
Burger King Brazil took to social media this week to announce the limited-edition Barbie meal which follows a pink theme.
There’s a beef burger complete with a smoky pink sauce and a milkshake made with vanilla ice cream and strawberry Nesquik.
The yummy shake is topped with a pink ring doughnut and both are available now at all Burger King stores and drive-thrus across Brazil
If you order the whole Combo BK Barbie meal together it will come in a special Barbie-themed box with fries and a soda drink.
Barbie meal sends Twitter wild
Pictures of the fast food chain’s Barbie meal have gone viral on Twitter and everyone is obsessed. Many are also wishing it was available in America.
One person wrote: “Give me that!”
“WE WANT IT IN AMERICA NOWWWW,” said another.
A third person added: “I will be first in line.”
“I’ll have to move to Brazil,” someone else joked.

Get a Barbie shake in the US
If you’re in the US, you won’t be able to get the Barbie Burger King meal, but you can still get a shake inspired by the movie.
Ice cream chain Cold Stone Creamery has released its own Barbie-inspired ice cream flavor called Pink Cotton Candy.
People are making the pink ice cream into milkshakes for a new TikTok trend in which you sip the shake and transform into a Barbie.
The trend follows the McDonald’s Grimace Shake Challenge which saw people making crime scenes with the limited-edition purple milkshake.
People from anywhere in the world can also grab a Barbie Frappuccino at Starbucks from the secret menu to celebrate the upcoming film.
