The rapper has never been married and as a result has never been married. Busta may be on friendly terms with all of his ex-girlfriends now, but not always. With ex-girlfriend Joanne Wood, the rapper has three children. Busta had a son born prematurely in 1992 and died shortly after, although he did not say much about this.
