Carter Figgs Car Accident: Delmar High School student and football player Carter Figgs passed away on Saturday,October 7, 2023, following a vehicle accident. Loved ones are devastated by the unexpected passing of Carter. He was pronounced dead as a result of the severe injuries suffered in the accident.

“This morning, we lost one of our fellow Delmar students, Carter Figgs. This is a hard thing to swallow and Carter will be missed by all. We will miss him on the field and on the mat. Sending prayers to Carter’s family. Another student involved in the accident, Carter Powell, is currently in critical condition. We pray for him and his family as well. Delmar is hurt today but we will continue to push through as not only a community but a family.❤️”
