Christopher Mintz-Plasse’s funny McLovin scene goes viral after Celtics game appearance

The Boston Celtics beat out Miami Heat in the Thursday, May 25 game, but actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse best known as McLovin from the 2007 film Superbad stole the limelight at the game.
Boston Celtics fans are enjoying their favorite team’s recent victory. The Celtics won an impressive 110-97 win over Miami Heat. Fans were ecstatic after their win.
However, it’s a mid-game moment featuring actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse that has stolen the attention of a lot of fans. The 33-year-old actor arrived at the game with his fiancee Britt Bowman.
The crowd at the basketball stadium went crazy after seeing the McLovin actor. Some even took to Twitter to share his famous movie scene from Superbad where he introduces himself as McLovin for the first to his friends.

Many fans took to Twitter to share the hilarious scene from the 2007 movie Superbad. The film also stars A-list actors like Jonah Hill, Seth Rogan, Michael Cera, Emma Stone, Bill Hader, and more.
The funny scene in the movie also features Jonah’s Seth and Michael’s Evan alongside Christopher’s McLovin.
It sees Jonah and Michael walking outside their high school.
A tense Seth (Jonah) asks Evan (Michael) what they are supposed to tell the “girls” because they couldn’t do “the one thing we promised because of our ridiculous incompetence.”
As the boys brainstorm about what other way they can get alcohol, Christopher’s character Fogell aka McLovin approaches them.
He shows them the fake ID he got made. The fake driver’s license says the high school student is from Hawaii and was born in 1981. It also says his name is McLovin.
“Wait you changed your name to McLovin,” an annoyed Evan asks Fogell. “What kind of stupid name is that Fogell, what are you trying to be an Irish R&B singer.”
Fogell tells them they let you pick any name and that he was either going to choose McLovin or Mohammad.
“One name?” Evan points out asking “who are you Seal, Fogell.”
Then Seth points out the ID says Fogell is 25 years old while he looks far younger than that.
“Seth, listen up a**face. Every day hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with their fake IDs and every single one says they are 21. How many 21-year-olds do you think there are in this town,” Fogell aka McLovin says. “It’s all f**king strategy, alright.”
Evan urges everyone to stay calm while Seth is freaking out in the background. Evan encourages Fogell to believe that he is a 25-year-old named McLovin. The latter reassures he is McLovin.
Finally, an angry Seth storms off after saying McLovin is a “made up,” “fairytale name.”

The NBA crowd let out a wild cheer after spotting the actor on the big screen. A happy Christopher who sat next to fiancee Britt, clapped and cheered.
He also reached out and talked to NFL star Bailey Zappe who sat next to him with his girlfriend Hannah Lewis.
The Superbad actor sported a graphic white t-shirt with beige pants and his glasses. His lady love, on the other hand, wore a dark green tank top with black pants.
The McLovin actor has also appeared in other hit movies like Role Models (2008), Pitch Perfect (2012), Neighbors (2014) and more.
