Cody Fisher was a non-league footballer, and also a school sports coach. He was in the Birmingham City FC Academy and was also a trainee with Walsall. Fisher’s picture was released by West Midlands police, showing him in the colors of a Bromsgrove side. Cody also played for Stratford Town and Stourbridge.

Cody was fatally injured at The Crane nightclub on 25 December 2022.

Despite efforts to save him, Cody was pronounced dead about 30 minutes later. Cody’s family said They have broken our hearts, we have lost our best friend. Now Birmingham Sheriffs are appealing for witnesses.
