David Noe Boat Accident: Carteret County North Carolina Man, David Noe Died in Boating Accident in Onslow County

David Noe Boat Accident; Sadly, Stella, North Carolina resident David Noe has passed away. He drowned in the Onslow County White Oak River on Monday, October 16, 2023. A charter boat captain reportedly discovered the David Noe boat adrift on the White Oak River at around 11:05 a.m.

They discovered a wallet, dog, and cell phone on board the boat while inspecting it. About 45 minutes later, additional boats found the 49-year-old man’s lifeless body next to the marsh grass along the White Oak River Waterfowl Impoundment outside of Stella.

At the scene, David Noe was declared deceased. The circumstances surrounding the unfortunate drowning are the subject of an ongoing inquiry by the Wildlife Resources Law Enforcement Division.

On May 5, 1974, in Morehead City, North Carolina, David was born into the family of Fletcher and Kate Noe. He was an active member of the school band while attending West Carteret High School, from which he graduated in 1992. He was an extremely gregarious individual who was enjoyable to be around.
