In Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2, you can find the location of six exotic and three mythic weapons. Also, these aren’t like other rare weapons. So, you can’t just pop open a random loot chest and luck out on finding one.
Instead, the mythic weapons are found in the hands of very aggressive NPCs you’ll battle. Meanwhile, the exotic weapons are purchasable from non-hostile NPCs. However, not all NPCs remain where they’re at. If you don’t see one, the weapon is gone too.
Exotic weapons are limited in quantity. On the other hand, mythic weapons are the rarest. Because of that, only one person per round can actually equip it. So, try to get to them first.
