THIS is the face of the "sick b******" paedophile who allegedly raped a five-year-old girl so violently she needed emergency surgery.

His alleged victim had to be rushed to hospital after the attack, which took place last Thursday, and needed emergency surgery at Children's Hospital, Birmingham.
She is now in a stable condition, but remains in hospital.
A DANGER TO SOCIETY
Prosecutor Randall Houston told the Montgomery Advertiser: "Anybody who would do this to a child is a complete and total danger to society and does not need to be roaming around the community where children are at large.
"This is one sick b******rd who I hope never gets to see the light of day.
"We'll do everything we can to make that happen."

He has since been charged with first-degree rape, chemical endangerment of a child and second-degree possession of marijuana.
