While Connie Hoagland was still in the hospital a few days after the incident, authorities investigating her case received a tip that led to her arrest. Larry Hoagland’s business partner, upon checking recent web searches on a computer they shared, allegedly discovered suspicious information. He allegedly found over 20 different websites containing bomb-making information.
