How to Make Key Lime Pie Cocktail

Ingredients

• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 2 Tbs. Marshmallow Fluff
• ½ tsp. grated Key lime zest
• ¾ cup lime sorbet
• ¼ cup chilled citrus vodka
• 1 cup cold lime seltzer
• Key lime zest, Key lime wedges and mint (optional)

Instructions

1. In bowl, stir cream and Marshmallow Fluff until mixture is smooth; whisk until soft peaks form. Stir in zest. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
2. Just before serving, in blender, combine sorbet and vodka. Cover; blend until smooth. Divide evenly between 2 glasses; top each with ½ cup lime seltzer. Dollop Fluff mixture over each. If desired, garnish with lime zest, wedges and mint.
