Justin Bradley Clyne is Company Secretary of the company. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1996 before gaining admission as a Barrister in 1998. Justin has 15 years of experience in the legal profession acting for a number of Australia's largest corporations, initially in the areas of corporate and construction law, before developing an interest in mining investment and research. Since 2006, Justin has been a full time company secretary for a number of listed and unlisted mining, oil and gas and industrial companies. Justin has significant experience and knowledge of the Corporations Act, the ASX Listing Rules and general corporate regulatory requirements. He holds a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of New South Wales and is also a qualified Chartered Company Secretary.
