Even though Naoya loves Saki Saki, he couldn’t help but feel drawn to Nagisa and ends up confessing to her. Previously in Kanojo mo Kanojo, Naoya and Mirika have a falling out after Naoya refuses to accept Mirika’s request for dating her. Both Naoya and Mirika feel extremely upset by how things transpired. When Naoya returns home, he is greeted by his three girlfriends who console him. Suddenly, one of them informs Naoya that Mirika had started a live stream.

On the live stream, Mirika admits to having been selfish for asking Naoya to give up something precious to him for her. Mirika says that she is aware of her actions and the antics she pulled to grab Naoya’s attention. Mirika’s subscriber count begins to drop after her revelation and she says that she plans on starting her channel from the scratch again. After hearing Naoya’s heartfelt words, Naoya’s heart begins to waver for Mirika.

Naoya tells his girlfriends that he loves them and he knows Mirika said that she wants him to date only her, but yet his feelings for Mirika are strong and he wants to try again. Mirika is crying on the rooftop, thinking that it was the last day she would pursue Naoya or love him when Naoya comes up to her running. Mirika is shocked to see Naoya who tells Mirika that he can’t let things end as they are especially because he loves Mirika as well.

Naoya asks Mirika to let him four-time her and Mirika is extremely perplexed by his actions. She tells him that she doesn’t want him to date anyone other than her. Naoya tells Mirika that he loves her and even if he is dating other girls, he will love her equally. Mirika cries and tells Naoya that she wants to be his number one priority. Naoya tells her that she is and so are his other girlfriends, and even though it is not fair, he still loves Mirika a lot.
