Lily Peters went missing from her aunt’s home in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin on Sunday. She left her aunt’s home but never arrived at her home. Her father reported on Sunday evening to the Chippewa Falls Police Station around 9 pm that her daughter went missing from her aunt’s home on 24 April 2022.

When she went missing when she was in a purple long-sleeve quarter-zip shirt, gray sneakers, and black stretch leggings. Police found her bicycle near a wooded area by a waking trail near her aunt’s home. 

Police searched her with the help of K99 teams and drones. Police found a 10 years old girl’s body on 25 April 2022 in a wooded area near Lily’s aunt’s house. The dead body was of Lily. Her death is not being investigated as a homicide. 

Chippewa Falls Police Chief Matthew Kelm said,

“We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Lily Peters during this tragic time.”
