Mass Audubon presents Free Summer Programs at Duxbury Beach

Summer is here, and Mass Audubon is ready for some more fun on the beach!
Thanks to the generosity of Duxbury Beach Reservation, Inc., Mass Audubon is pleased to offer free programs on Duxbury beach every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 9:30-11am, from July 8 through August 30. Saturdays are all-ages fun days, where families and adults will enjoy exploring the shore with our naturalists. Weekday programs cover a variety of topics including Gurnet Lighthouse tours, photography, watercolor, and salt marshes as well as many of our favorite coastal-dwelling creatures (avian and otherwise).Preregistration is only required for certain limited-capacity programs, and begins one week in advance. View a detailed listing at . This free series of programs is funded by Duxbury Beach Reservation, Inc. and organized by Mass Audubon. The programs meet on the east side of the Powder Point Bridge, and participants are permitted to use the parking lot during the program.
