JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - BPJSTKU merupakan sebuah aplikasi milik BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Aplikasi ini bisa didapatkan dengan cara mengunduhnya lewat Play Store untuk pengguna Android atau App Store untuk pengguna IOS.

Lantas, apa itu aplikasi BPJSTKU?

Mengutip laman BPJSTKU merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh peserta untuk mengakses beberapa layanan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.

Layanan yang bisa dinikmati pengguna aplikasi BPJSTKU seperti Simulasi JHT (jaminan hari tua), cek saldo JHT, cek rincian iuran JHT & JP, melakukan pengajuan klaim secara online yang langsung terintegrasi dengan layanan e-klaim dan akan dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta.

Manfaat Aplikasi BPJSTKU

• Sebagai sumber informasi kepesertaan untuk tenaga kerja
• Menyediakan layanan cek saldo JHT, sehingga peserta bisa memastikan saldo dan pembayaran iuran tanpa harus datang ke kantor cabang
• Menyediakan layanan cek rincian iuran JHT dan JP sehingga peserta bisa memastikan jumlah upah yang dilaporkan
• Menyediakan layanan simulasi JHT sehingga peserta dapat mengetahui jumlah pengembangan yang akan didapat dari program JHT
• Menyediakan layanan klaim saldo JHT (e-klaim) sehingga peserta dapat mengetahui kelengkapan berkas dan kelayakan pengajuan klaim JHT sebelum datang ke kantor cabang.

Cara Daftar Aplikasi BJSTKU

• Unduh aplikasi
• Karena belum mendaftar, maka pilih menu "Buat Akun"
• Pilih jenis kewarganegaraan pekerja
• Lalu pilih "Ya, Saya sudah daftar" apabila sudah tercatat sebagai peserta
• Pilih jenis kepesertaan, misalnya "Penerima Upah" untuk karyawan
• Masukan data yang diminta seperti NIK, nomor kartu BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, nama lengkap, dan tanggal lahir, lalu klik "Selanjutnya"
• Masukan email dan nomor telepon yang sudah didaftarkan
• Isi kode verifikasi yang dikirimkan, lalu buat kata sandi
• Selesai.

Jika peserta mengalami kendala dalam proses registrasi atau login di aplikasi BPJSTKU, peserta dapat menghubungi Contact center BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di 1500910 atau email ke atau direct chat melalui facebook BPJS Ketenagakerjaan atau twitter @BPJSTKinfo.
