About 11 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, Davenport Police received a call about a domestic disturbance at the home, hours before crews responded to the fire.
Our Quad Cities News spoke with a neighbor who lived in the area for over a year who called in the fire at the time. They said they did not know anyone personally who was living in the residence at the time of the fire and they would see different people leaving and arriving at the residence occasionally.
According to a Davenport Calls for Service Report, there were more than two calls made in reference to the location of the fire later that day.
