PROWRESTLING.NET Hustler wins first legal battle regarding Nancy Benoit nude photos

Maureen Toffoloni’s request for a temporary restraining order to prevent Hustler magazine from publishing nude photos of her daughter Nancy Benoit was denied on Friday. “Neither Nancy nor I ever gave Mr. Samansky (photographer) permission to use the photographs or any videotape in any way,” Toffoloni told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Powell’s POV: This was simply one portion of a lawsuit that Toffoloni has filed against the magazine and the photographer. I’m not easily offended, but I consider it disgusting for the parties involved to exploit the death of a murder victim.
