Ms. McCoy holds four U.S. patents and she has been on Fortune magazine’s “50 Most Powerful Women in Business", a list on which she has been included since 2008. In August 2012, she was recognized as the 39th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes Magazine. She has been Director of AstraZeneca PLC since 2017; director of Stryker Corporation since 2018, and director of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since 2018.
