The Shameless Star You Forgot Was On Ned's Declassified

Monaghan is most well known for playing Ian Gallagher on "Shameless," an ambitious, strong-willed member of the Gallagher clan who often finds himself on the wrong side of the law. However, throughout the “Ned’s Declassified” episode, Monaghan, as a maniacal 5th grader, creates chaos by ripping open lockers with a crowbar to rifle through people’s possessions and steal their clothes.
