UPDATE: Tuesday’s high is already 78, setting another record.
EARLIER UPDATE: Our high ended up at 76° Monday afternoon!
Well, not only have we broken the record high for February 26th (broke it by more than 10°,) but we’ve also broken the record high for ANY FEBRUARY DAY ever in the Quad Cities! In fact, this is the warmest winter (December, January, February) day we’ve ever had!
As of 2 p.m. it’s 75° and the previous record for any February day was February 19, 2017 when it was 74°!
Normal for a high right now is near 40°.
