Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson Appear to Squash Beef

Vin Diesel and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson have been having a little bit of a disagreement that’s dated back to 2016. The Fast & The Furious co-stars each had different opinions regarding how the franchise should continue. The two also reportedly did not shoot any Fate of The Furious scenes together.
It appears that the beef may now be over after a post on Johnson’s Instagram page.
On the post The Rock thanks a lot of people for the success of Hobbs & Shaw, the film has grossed over $750million at the box office. Not bad for a spin-off movie, not bad at all.
Johnson then brings up his co-star, his brother, and thanks him for the kind words whilst about the movie while also thanking him for the “classy” post regarding Johnson’s wedding. The full video can be seen over on Instagram (link above), but here’s an abridged version:
“I want to thank brother Vin for your support of Hobbs & Shaw. I saw your post. What a wild ride this has been. 10 years ago, when you and I spoke and you invited me into the Fast & Furious family. I’m grateful for that invite. As you know, my goal was always, all these years, to come into the Fast & Furious world and help elevate the franchise in any way that I possibly could. If I could do that, then I’ve done my job, and now here we are 10 years later, this massively successful buildout and expansion. We did it the right way, we did it the smart way, and again, brother, I appreciate your support. And of course, all roads lead to one thing. I’ll be seeing you soon, Toretto,”
Looks like we’ll be seeing Hobbs and Toretto back on screen together sooner, rather than later and after this apparent reconciliation let’s hope they even manage to film some scenes together.
